Case Study Video

To showcase how our agency’s work contributed to improved customer perception and engagement, we created a case study video. I was responsible for writing the script. This video was not only used by internal stakeholders but also used for award submissions. The site was a 2018 Webby Award Honoree for best user interface.

Account Explainer Videos

Change can be challenging—even when it’s for the better. So to ease Con Ed customers into the new look and feel of their online accounts, we created helpful explainer videos. I was also responsible for the scripts here.
